MOTHER'S DAY PRE-ORDER FORM

Please read carefully and fill out all the information down below. Once request is submitted we will contact you via text message in 1-3 business days.

PLEASE NOTE:

  1. There is limited availability per date, forms will be taken in order that they are received. While filling out this form does not guarantee your spot, we will try our best to fulfill your request :)

  2. Payment must be sent via Cashapp, Zelle, Venmo or Paypal within 48 hours of receiving a text message on our behalf in response to form submission, otherwise spot may be lost. 

  3. Your order is NOT confirmed until payment is received and the transaction is finalized. 

  4. Cancellations or changes to the order are NOT allowed once the order has been confirmed. 

  5. The only customizable feature in the cake design is the message (wording); colors, images, etc. are not interchangeable.

  6. Our lunchbox(mini) cakes come in one size only: 4" X 4"
