1. HOW LONG IN ADVANCE CAN I PLACE MY ORDER?
Please place your orders at least 48 hours in advance for lunchbox cakes and at least 5 days in advance for larger cakes. We will be taking orders on a monthly basis, and there is a limited amount of slots per date.
2. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A LUNCHBOX CAKE?
Through the website. There is a limit per date and once it is fully booked, you will not be able to select that day.
3. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A CUSTOM LUNCHBOX CAKE?
By filling out an order form. Once, you have submitted the form, we will reach out via text/email within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday) for pricing and any other details. All custom lunchbox cakes begin at $15.
4. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER FOR A FULL SIZE CAKE?
BY FILLING OUT A FULL SIZE CAKE FORM AT LEAST 7 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THERE IS LIMITED AVAILABILITY PER DATE.
5. HOW DO I PLACE A RUSH ORDER?
FOR LUNCHBOX CAKES:
Rush orders may be available depending on whether the date you are requesting has available slots. Please submit a Rush Order Request, this must be done 24 hours in advance. Once request is submitted, we will reach out via text/email to approve or deny your request. Upon approval, a $5 rush fee will be added to your order.
FOR FULL SIZE CAKES:
Fill out a full size cake form regularly. If the desired pick up date is less than 5 days away, your order may still be accepted. Depending on the cake size/design, an additional $15-$30 rush fee will be applied upon approval.
5. ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT DESIGN AS REFERENCE?
We will try our best! However, we are not able to replicate with 100% resemblance, as custom cakes are a work of art and the outcome may vary from artist to artist. Additionally, we respect the work of other bakers/artists and will not fully replicate their designs. That said, your cake will be unique and specifically made for you :)
6. ARE YOU ABLE TO RECREATE THE EXACT COLOR SHADE AS REFERENCE?
We will try to get the color you want as accurately as possible. However, most shades require a mixing of 2 or more colors and the final shade may result in slight variations. Factors such as lighting and cake temperature may also affect the way the color appears.
7. DO YOU HAVE ANY READY ITEMS?
We do not. As we are home based, all our cakes are baked to order.
8.CAN I CHANGE MY DESIGN/PICKUP DATE?
Unfortunately, we do not allow changes once the order is confirmed. This is to avoid any possible confusion, we are a small team overseeing all orders. We greatly appreciate your understanding.
9. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Lunchbox cake cancellations are not permitted once the order is confirmed. Please place your order carefully.
Full size cake orders must be cancelled at least 3 days before the set pickup date to qualify for a refund. The initial non-refundable fee will be deducted from refund total.
10. WHAT ARE THE METHODS OF PAYMENT?
Through website: Credit Cards (Visa & Master) and Paypal
Custom+Rush Orders: Zelle, Cashapp, Venmo, Paypal, Apple Pay.
11. DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Unfortunately, at the moment we are only able to offer curbside pickup. We apologize for the inconvenience.
